Paul Roskoph Paul H. Roskoph
Mr. Roskoph has specialized in tax and estate planning matters, and has consulted with small family businesses throughout his legal career. He obtained his certification as a specialist under the California Board of Legal Specialization in Taxation in 1975 and in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law in 1990 when that specialty was initiated.

Mr. Roskoph has served as President of the Alzheimer's Association of the Greater Bay Area. Additionally he has served as director or advisor to many community organizations and as president of the Santa Clara/San Benito Counties Chapter of the American Lung Association. He currently serves as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Taxation for the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties (California). He is principal author of Camino Healthcare Foundation guidelines for gift acceptance for charitable organizations and he is a frequent speaker on estate and tax planning to professionals and the lay public.

Mr. Roskoph is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Mr. Roskoph received his undergraduate degree in accounting and his J.D. in law from Ohio State University. He has chaired and participated as a speaker in Continuing Education of the Bar programs for the State Bar of California in will drafting, estate planning, and the annual programs reviewing recent developments in estate planning and administration. He works with high net worth individuals, venture capital managing members and private foundations.
