Robert K. Roskoph
Mr. Robert K. Roskoph has been practicing in the estate, tax and business planning area since 1998. Robert represents individuals, families and businesses in all areas of estate planning, including "foundational" estate plans, asset transfer and strategic gift planning and charitable planning. His practice includes establishing and representing entities for estate planning, business planning and liability exposure protection purposes, including limited liability companies (LLCs), family limited partnerships (FLPs), Corporations (S and C), private foundations and public charities.

Robert's practice also includes business governance and corporate compliance, covering employment issues, contract drafting and negotiating, and employee benefits. Robert previously represented the State of California in labor and employment litigation for nearly 4 years. He appeared before arbitrators, administrative law tribunals as well as trial and appellate courts.

Robert obtained his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, an M.A. in clinical psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.

Mr. Roskoph returned to Palo Alto, having graduated from Palo Alto High School. Robert is on the Board of Palo Alto Little League, the Board of Family & Children Services, a current member of the Kiwanis Club of Palo Alto, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, Silicon Valley Bar Association, Palo Alto Area Bar Association, Financial Planning Forum and the Jewish Community Endowment Fund Professional Subcommittee.
